The client needed a reliable lead qualification system that could automatically filter high-quality leads from inbound form submissions and instantly notify the team. The objective was to eliminate unqualified leads, reduce manual review, and ensure the sales team focused only on high-intent prospects.

The client was receiving a high volume of form submissions, but: Many leads were low quality or irrelevant Manual lead screening consumed significant time Sales teams were contacted too late or with incomplete information Important leads were sometimes missed due to delayed follow-ups The client required an automated lead qualification workflow that could intelligently evaluate submissions in real time.
Goal
I built a Quality Lead Generation System using Make (make.com) that automatically collects, evaluates, and routes leads based on predefined qualification criteria. Workflow Overview: Lead Capture: Used Tally Forms to collect structured lead data from potential customers. Automated Data Storage: On submission, data was instantly stored in Airtable, acting as a centralized CRM. Lead Qualification Logic: Make applied conditional rules (budget, company size, service need, intent level, etc.) to identify qualified leads. Team Notification: Only qualified leads triggered an instant Slack notification, alerting the sales team with full lead details. Rejection & Filtering: Unqualified leads were stored but excluded from notifications, keeping the pipeline clean and focused.
