Goal
I built an Automated Cold Email System using Make (make.com) that performs end-to-end lead research and email outreach with minimal human input. Workflow Overview: Business Discovery & Scraping Used Apify to scrape business websites based on industry/category keywords. Extracted business names, websites, and metadata. Website Validation Automatically checked whether each business had a valid website link. Email Detection & Verification Integrated HasData to scan websites and detect available contact email addresses. Filtered out websites without valid email data. AI-Powered Email Personalization Passed qualified lead data to ChatGPT APIs to generate context-aware cold emails, tailored to each business type. Automated Email Sending Used Gmail API to send cold emails automatically, following structured templates and personalization rules. Logging & Tracking Stored lead and outreach data for monitoring and future follow-ups.
